Important update: changes to Vena's product lineup starting December 11, 2026.
For years, many of you have relied on Vena's hemp-derived THC products—the formulas you know, trust, and come back to.
We want to share an important update about a new federal regulation that could change which Vena products are available starting December 11, 2026.
What's changing
As of December 11, 2026, some of our products will be changing. Redefining what qualifies as legal hemp has become a priority for the White House and Congress, and new federal legislation could narrow that definition in ways that affect some of our products.
Here's what we're doing: our team is tracking this closely for up-to-the-minute updates and working on product reformulations that will align with the new rules.

What's here to stay
The good news: we're actively reformulating your favorites—Lights Out, No Worries and Cloud 9—to meet the new federal requirements. We'll keep you posted as soon as we know more about what this means for you.
All other Vena products—Full Spectrum Bites, Restful Night Bites, capsules and tinctures—should remain unaffected and available for purchase as usual.
This is our current plan based on what we know today, but things could still change, which is exactly why we want to give you the chance to stock up on any of your favorites now, just in case.

What exactly is changing on December 11, 2026?
Based on what we know today, some of our products will no longer be available on December 11th. However, we are actively reformulating your favorites to meet the new federal requirements.
Can I still order xtra bliss and Happy Tonix seltzers before then?
Yes, they're available right now while supplies last. This is the plan as of today, but it could still change, so we'd rather you stock up early than wait.
What happens to an order I already placed?
Orders you've already placed aren't affected. They'll ship as usual. If you have questions about a specific order, our customer support team is here to help at support@venacbd.com.
Will Lights Out, No Worries and Cloud 9 be different?
We are actively reformulating all three to meet the new federal requirements. As we learn more about how this could impact you, we will keep you posted.
Are all Vena products affected?
No, most of our products remain compliant, and we are actively working to ensure your favorites remain as well.
What about my subscription?
If you subscribe to a product that's going away, we'll reach out before your next renewal and help you switch or cancel. Subscriptions to reformulated products continue as normal.
Will the products going away ever come back?
