Lights Out testimonial video program.

This is an invitation-only program. It's open to Vena customers who received a direct email invitation to the Lights Out testimonial video program at the address on their Vena account. Submissions from anyone who wasn't invited can't be accepted or rewarded, even if they reach the form.

You must be 21 or older and a legal resident of the United States. Vena employees, contractors, and their immediate households aren't eligible.

Limit one submission per person and one per household or Vena account. If more than one video arrives from the same person, account, or address, we'll review the first one received and set the rest aside. Only one reward is issued per person, no matter how many videos are sent.

To qualify for the free jar, a submission must meet both of these:

Voiceovers over b-roll, photo slideshows, text-only videos, screen recordings, footage of someone other than the submitter, and clips edited from existing content don't qualify. Videos that are inaudible, unwatchable, or cut off mid-sentence don't qualify either.

Please don't make medical claims (no references to curing, treating, or diagnosing anything), name prices or discounts, or include other people, brands, music, or logos you don't have the rights to. Those submissions can't be approved.

Files: MP4 or MOV, up to 500MB. Vertical framing is preferred but not required.

Every submission that meets the requirements above and passes our review earns a one-time code for one free jar of Lights Out on the submitter's next order. The code requires a minimum spend of $2 on that order and is applied at checkout. Codes are emailed to the address on the submission within about 7 business days of approval, expire 30 days after they're issued, are limited to one per person, can't be combined with other offers, and have no cash value. Reviews are done by hand and approval is at Vena's discretion.

One winner is chosen from all approved submissions received by 11:59pm PT on August 24 and receives a year of Lights Out — 12 jars, shipped in monthly installments. Selection is made by the Vena team based on which video best and most authentically tells the customer's story; it isn't a random drawing, and the decision is final. The winner is notified by email on or around September 7 and must confirm within 10 days. No cash alternative or substitution. Taxes, if any, are the winner's responsibility.

By submitting, you confirm the video is yours, that you filmed it, and that everyone appearing in it has agreed to be there. You grant Vena a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, edit, caption, and distribute the video, along with your first name, city, and likeness, in advertising, on vena.com, in email, and on social media. You aren't paid beyond the incentives described here. You can ask us to stop using your video going forward by emailing support@venacbd.com, and we'll pull it from anything we control from that point on.

Vena may end, pause, or change this program at any time. Submissions that are incomplete, late, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms may be disqualified without notice. Your information is handled under Vena's Privacy Policy and used only to review your submission, send your reward, and — with your permission above — use your video in marketing.
